Charissa Williams is an associate in the Seattle office of Holt Woods & Scisciani LLP. She focuses her practice on a variety of complex civil and commercial litigation, including the defense of businesses and individuals against premise liability, personal injury, and construction defects lawsuits. She is licensed to practice in the State of Washington and Oregon.
Charissa received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Political Science from Oregon State University. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law. While in law school, she clerked for the Lane County Office of Legal Counsel, where she worked on civil defense litigation and labor arbitrations. Charissa also externed for the United States District Court for the District of Oregon. Additionally, she worked with the University of Oregon Business Law Clinic, where she advised single-member LLCs. Through her law school’s practical experience curriculum, she also gained experience in contract drafting and alternative dispute resolution. Prior to joining Holt Woods & Scisciani, she clerked for the Honorable Jay A. McAlpin of the Lane County Circuit Court.
