John is an associate in the Portland office of Holt Woods & Scisciani LLP. John has a varied practice involving complex litigation, including construction defects, personal injury, wrongful death, and professional liability cases.

John is a Florida native who lives in Portland. He attended the University of South Florida, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics. He earned his Juris Doctor cum laude at the Florida State University College of Law. After law school, John served as Assistant General Counsel with the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity. In this position, he handled a broad range of legal matters, including litigation, contract negotiation and drafting, agency rulemaking, bid disputes, and more. Prior to joining Holt Woods & Scisciani LLP, John was in private practice with cases involving insurance defense and workers’ compensation.
