Robert Parker is an associate in the Portland office of Holt Woods & Scisciani LLP. Robert has a varied practice covering areas from complex civil litigation and insurance defense to First Amendment cases, internet law, trade practice, and intellectual property. Prior to joining Holt Woods & Scisciani LLP, Robert worked at the Federal Defender’s Office for the District of Oregon and at a small Portland firm which specialized in small business law and First Amendment law.
Robert graduated cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland and is a member of the Cornelius Society and the Oregon Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. Before entering the firm life, Robert was an entertainment producer and ran a litigation support business, where he provided assistance to solo practitioners and small firms in state, federal, and administrative cases across the country.
Robert’s passions include music, experiential dining, cross-country skiing, and using his daughter as an excuse to engage in childlike behavior and play on her Nintendo.
